Azealia Banks is back in the headlines, this time taking shots at Nicki Minaj. Banks took to Facebook early Tuesday morning (Dec. 20) telling Minaj not to be mad that she has a collaboration with Minaj's ex, Safaree Samuels. "Don't get mad, get even," says Banks.
The "212" rapper then takes shots at Minaj's looks, telling her to "slim down a bit" and "decrease the butt just a bit," then compares her career to that of McDonald's. "McDonald's sells a lot of burgers but no one is telling McDonald's that they're the pinnacle of cuisine and taste. This is true of you."
The Facebook post has been deleted as Banks has had a change of heart. "Deleting posts as I am not the same person I was two hours ago. LOL," then adding "Hope you Lot got your screenshots. It's all jokes guys. Calm down and enjoy the holiday."
This isn't the first time Banks has popped off on Minaj. In October 2015, she had words for Minaj following her VMA appearance and disagreement with Miley Cyrus. It is speculated that Banks took to social media after Minaj's new video game: 'Nicki Minaj: The Empire,' which features a female rapper named Fan2Sea being compared to a mermaid. Banks has a 2012 mixtape titled Fantasea that features her as a mermaid on the cover.
